The Leadership STEP is a one-year long leadership development training program that aims to equip students/early career people with Christian leadership principles and experiences that can be applied on campus, in the marketplace, or with Power to Change.

This position ensures that the DRIME ministry operates smoothly by assisting the Director with all day to day tasks.

This position is essential in training DRIME team members and distributing training materials in order to advance the ministry.

This position will oversee all DRIME communications and marketing to gain more awareness and support for the ministry.
